FAQ

1. What is the fee for cash withdrawal from Cash4you ATMs?
Kredyt Bank S.A., mbank, Multibank cardholders withdraw cash free of charge. Customers of other banks pay the fee according to their banks regulations, same as for other Polish ATM networks.

2. What shall I do if the ATM does not pay money or dispenses part of it?
Get in touch with your bank as soon as possible and see whether the requested amount has been reserved on your account; it has not, see if the transaction has been executed. If your account has been blocked, it is usually for time of 7-14 days, depending on the bank, over which time your bank should receive the final confirmation of the transaction, necessary to debit your account. Alternately, the bank receives no confirmation and the amount is released.

3. ATM has retained my card – what do I do?

Our consultants will inform you how to get your card back. Cards used in cash4you network are delivered to Kredyt Bank S.A branches within five working days of the notification that your card has been kept.

4. What banknotes are dispensed from cash4you ATMs?
The following denominations are available from cash4you ATMs: 20 PLN and 100 PLN. Therefore you can withdraw the amount which is a multiple of 20 PLN.


 Safty rules for using ATM

  • Use ATMs where you feel the most comfortable.
  • Avoid using the ATM if there are any suspicious-looking individuals.
  • Have your card ready in your hand before you approach the ATM.
  • Do not use the ATM if you notice anything unusual indicating it may have been altered.
  • Be especially cautious when strangers offer to help you at an ATM, even if you are experiencing difficulty with the transaction, never allowing anyone to distract you while you are at the ATM.
  • Do not let anyone see you enter your PIN; you should shield the keypad with your hand when entering your PIN.
  • Never disclose your PIN to anybody, not even to the bank or police.
  • If you feel the ATM is not working normally, press the cancel key („SKASUJ), withdraw your card, and proceed to another ATM.
  • If your card gets jammed, retained, or lost, or if you are interfered with at an ATM, report this immediately to the bank and/or police using the help line provided, or the nearest phone.
  • Do not be in a hurry during the transaction. Carefully secure your card & cash in your wallet, handbag or pocket before leaving the ATM
